Form of workT & J Constructions is a leading South Australian family-owned civil construction company. Due to sustained growth, we require an additional experienced Diesel Mechanic and Fitter to join our team.
We have a large fleet of earthmoving equipment, heavy vehicles and light vehicles.
About the Role:
Field Service role
Inspecting, diagnosing and performing repair of mechanic, hydraulic and structural deficiencies on all plant and equipment
Maintain cleanliness of workshop and yard
Perform all preventative maintenance activities and servicing on all equipment
General welding and fabrication as required
About You:
Trade qualifications as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Diesel Mechanic
Experience working with earthmoving equipment
Minimum of MR truck license (preferred)
Forklift license (desirable)
Must have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Display a commitment to WHS
Available to work Monday-Friday (every second Saturday - with overtime as required)
Vehicle loading crane under 10m (desirable)
Reliable and punctual
Company vehicle and tools supplied
