About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Dietitian to join our outpatient team. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated dietitian with a passion for managing the nutritional requirements of patients with type 1, type 2, gestational, and emerging diabetes categories.
· Provide nutritional management of patients with diabetes in an outpatient setting
· You will be required to provide face-to-face and telehealth nutritional education for our patients and their support people
· Provide patient-centred, best-practice care
You will have a full orientation to the service, including clinical supervision and ongoing support from senior dietitians.
