About this role:  

We are currently seeking a Dietitian or Nutritionist with a minimum 2 years’ experience and provider number, eager to get into the highly rewarding Private Practice space. We are offering an exciting opportunity with a permanent part time position (30 hours+) in one of Perth's most successful Nutrition and Dietetic clinics.

Body Balancing Nutrition has been well established for over 15 years, and is a busy practice committed to tailoring individualised nutrition programs to assist their clients to control varying medical conditions, manage their weight, and improve overall health through education and counselling. 

Our Dietitians and Nutritionists work in a fun, fast paced and dynamic environment. Our team value is going above and beyond to support one another in the ever-evolving space of nutrition. 

BBN provides proven nutrition education, and intervention, whilst putting an emphasis on counselling, support and relationship building, as our clients navigate their health and weight management journey with us. 

What you can expect from this role: 

This part time role at Body Balancing Nutrition requires energy and enthusiasm, as well as compassion and understanding. 

• A diverse case load that allows growth and exposure 
• Use of our proven system and numerous resources 
• The opportunity to monitor and evaluate your client's ongoing progress 
• Ongoing professional development including regular practitioner meetings and internal support from your peers 
• A complete admin team to support you in your role (client base fully provided, appointment calendar, marketing & cancellations/follow ups etc. all managed for you) 
• The opportunity to develop new client resources, build meal plans & recipes, create content for social media accounts & involvement in numerous other growth projects 
• Opportunity to facilitate workshops with clients and present to groups about burning topics in the nutrition space 

About you: 

We are looking for a Dietitian to manage a diverse caseload including clients of varying life stages and medical conditions. 

The ideal candidate for this position will: 

• Need a Health Provider # for this role
• Be able to demonstrate empathy & easily connect with people 
• Have excellent rapport building skills 
• Be positive, kind and enthusiastic with a passion for health and helping others 
• Be a team player who enjoys working within a committed close team 
• Expect & value excellent work ethic from them-self and others 
• Be detail orientated & able to always deliver high level quality work 
• Be self-motivated and show initiative. This includes conducting research, pursuing professional development, and looking to grow within this role 
• Be available for one Wednesday early evening shift + a Saturday morning shift 
• Have at least 2 years’ experience in the industry and full access to Provider numbers for healthcare rebates.
