We’re on the hunt for a Digital Ad Tech Executive to join our Digital Ad Product & Operations Team on a 13 month parental leave contract.

What you’ll be doing:
- Monitoring & maintenance of Audience Segment populations.
- Creation, governance and quality control of new Audience segments using 1st Party, 3rd Party, and/or Advertiser data in the CDP (Salesforce Data Cloud).
- Managing integration of Audience Segments with Ad Operations tools, such as Ad servers (Adswizz, GAM), SSPs (Audiomax/Magnite) and Order Management Systems (Boostr).
- Documenting Audience Segment data on a shared wiki used by the Digital Sales and Ad Ops teams.
- Enabling podcast monetisation across the entire LiSTNR network, including LiSTNR Originals and SCA podcast partners (Wondery, Diamantina, Sirius XM, BBC & Schwarz).
- Troubleshooting of any podcast monetisation issues, and removal of off-boarded podcasts.
- Ongoing monitoring & maintenance of streaming monetisation, including activation of new stations, and quality control of the ad experience across Apps, Web and Smart Speakers.
- Ongoing management, governance & maintenance of digital product catalogue in Order Manager System (Boostr), including the integration between the OMS and adservers.
- Management of Campaign reporting dashboards used by the Digital Sales team.
- Testing of Apps and Websites when new Ad Tech products or Apps are in development, and collaborating with development teams to help troubleshoot issues.
- Assist the Ad Tech director in developing and actioning change management plans in relation to ad platforms & capabilities
Experience we’re looking for:
- 1+ years’ experience in Digital Ad ops / campaign development / project management / Ad Tech
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly effective negotiator and a decisive problem solver.
- High level of attention to detail.
