Hays is currently working with a local organisation with numerous projects in-flight, looking for an experienced Digital Adoption and customer success to join their team.
Your new role
This role will be crucial for evaluating and enhancing our client's Digital Adoption processes to ensure they are efficient, user-friendly, and streamlined.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct a thorough review and analysis of current Digital Adoption processes using existing data (tickets, usage of systems, feedback forms).
- Identify areas for improvement and develop and implement strategies to increase Digital Adoption and communication across the organisation.
- Pinpointing key areas for adoption within the business streams that correspond with the existing service catalogue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in Digital Adoption.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of adoption strategies, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in Digital Adoption or similar roles, with a focus on process evaluation and optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills to assess current practices and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Prior experience in developing and delivering face-to-face and online training initiatives
- A passion for technology and its potential to transform business operations.
