Digital Ads Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Ads Specialist to work across 2 fashion brands, including medical apparel brand 21 Scrubs. The Digital Ads Specialist will have a proven record of successfully growing revenue through paid social media campaigns. The right candidate will be working closely with the founders and be part of an exciting growth phase. You must be experienced and proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and possess strong creative (from writing to design) and analytical skills, attention to detail and commercial acumen. 

Main responsibilities include creating, implementing and managing paid social media strategy across all our social media platforms, analyzing and optimizing all digital campaigns. The right candidate should possess both 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse past ads performance, develop and deliver a winning social media strategy while setting relevant KPIs according to business objectives
• Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Ads platforms
• Create Ads content 
• Apply audience insights and analytics data to inform paid social campaigns
• Consistently tweak and improve campaigns to maximise ROAS
• Be up to date with the latest social media trends, apply international best practices and innovative tools
• Coordinate delivery of digital marketing activities and campaigns to support Keyton's marketing strategies and business objectives;
• Develop digital campaign recommendations to coordinate multi-channel digital delivery;
• Build landing pages and manage ongoing website improvements across the business;
• Ensure digital brand guidelines and industry best practice is applied across all digital channels;
• Coordinate, create and manage web and landing page updates and functionality requirements for the wider business;
• Review data and customer insights to form recommendations for website optimisations to enhance the customer experience.

Job requirements:

The right candidate must have:

• University degree in Marketing or relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Ads Specialist or similar role
• Successfully devised and developed paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Google (TikTok is a plus)
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Strong copy writing skills and ability to provide brand-led strategic messaging
• Ability to analyze data from Meta and Google to optimise campaigns for a higher ROAS
• Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to adapt in agile ways of working
• Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines
• Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI)
• Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI
• Meta Media Buying Certification is a plus
