An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and reliable Receptionist / Call Centre Operator to join our friendly and supportive Customer Service team at Your Solution Compounding Pharmacy in Brendale.
This is a permanent, full-time position with rostered shifts from Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills with a polished telephone manner. Reliability, initiative and excellent time management skills are essential attributes for this role. As the first point of our practice, the right candidate for the reception role will be compassionate and caring, capable of balancing client care and needs while navigating the pace of a dynamic business.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers and patients
- Receiving and processing orders for tailor made medications
- Answering high volume incoming phone calls and emails
- Processing sales and orders
- Sales and other administrative reports
- General administrative and office duties
- Hitting daily KPI's and striving to achieve team goals
Requirements

- Experience in a high volume reception or call center role is beneficial
