We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Business Analyst to join a team and drive improvements on internal and external websites. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, reviewing, and documenting EPICs and user stories that align with our scope to enhance our business systems and align solutions with our organizational strategies and plans.
Key accountabilities include:
- Evaluate existing website systems, applications, and functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements and align with strategic goals for website development and maintenance.
- Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends and prioritize business needs specific to website enhancement, engaging with users to deeply understand requirements and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with users, technical teams, and stakeholders to address website-related issues effectively.
- Provide precise technical advice and solutions tailored to website development and maintenance, contributing to the specification and documentation of business requirements for new or existing website solutions.
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure that website improvements align with long-term strategies and objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in website management and advocate for innovative techniques in website data management and delivery.
- Actively contribute as a member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve branch business outcomes related to website development and maintenance.
- Experience with website development and Drupal (CMS)
- Proficiency in writing user stories and understanding UX/UI principles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test-based development approaches.
- Knowledge of DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
