Our client is a leading manufacturing company that is committed to delivering innovative solutions to its customers. Their team is passionate about what they do, and are looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join them on their journey.

Your new role

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting business requirements for digital, eCommerce and Portal platforms to enhance their customer's user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital strategies that will enhance customer experience.

Your key duties will include:

• Interpreting and documenting business requirements into functional requirement specifications to enhance the business's digital platforms
• Building user stories and acceptance criteria given to or developed in conjunction with vendors
• Coordinating user acceptance testing of this work and managing the quality of the build to requirements alongside the product owner
• Supporting the Project Manager to coordinate a delivery that is timely and of a high standard
• Negotiating and communicating accurate projected timelines for efforts by external parties
• Championing agility and user experience

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in a similar Digital Business Analyst role in customer-facing digital products
• Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
