Web Content Specialist - 12-month fixed term role!
The organisation
Based in Melbourne CBD, working with a major public sector utilities organisation in the Public Sector. This role is a 4.5 days a week 12 month fixed-term position to assist with website content.
Your new role
Part-time 4.5 days per week
- Salary $ 105k to $116k excluding super FTE (pro rata)
- Location: CBD/WFH
- You'll manage the day to day of the website, including governance, creation, editing and publishing.
- This role supports the main customer-facing website.
- Write and create content with web accessibility in mind (WCAG and AA standards).
- Develop new supporting plans, strategies and activities as new opportunities and drivers arise.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience using content publishing systems - Drupal preferably.
- Strong communications and content skills, with experience working to accessibility standards (WCAG and AA).
- Customer journey experience from a communications perspective.
- Able to receive content requests from inside the business from a number of stakeholders and then create relevant content.
- Utility or water experience would be great, but not essential.
