About the Role
The Fixed term (6 months) Publishing and Administration Coordinator will provide high-level, professional, confidential, and proactive executive support to Director and Senior Manager, Internal Communications and Engagement; administration, maintaining diary and office functioning support. This position will require the incumbent to lead, coordinate and contribute to specialised projects and process/continuous improvement initiatives, including providing administration, project management, communications, reporting and analysis.
What you will need to Succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Attained or working towards tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management (or equivalent), or equivalent relevant experience;
- Extensive experience in providing executive and administrative support to multiple stakeholders and coordinating functional activities;
- Experience working in a complex and dynamic environment;
- Experience working within and or support Human Resources;
- Demonstrated high level proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote; Microsoft Teams, Visio and Sharepoint.
