Job Overview:
This position requires a creative, digitally proficient and organised individual who can manage multiple tasks, coordinate with various teams, and deliver our global digital marketing & eCommerce strategy.
This is a hybrid role, 30 hours a week; working from home with one day a week in Fremantle, other perhaps as required. Being able to work independently, communicate efficiently and deliver reliably are key skills required.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, print, and digital.
Content Creation: Turn digital strategies into engaging content for organic social media, social media ads, website updates, and email marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the Digital Manager to produce visuals and graphics.
Social Media Management: Schedule and manage organic social reels, posts, and stories across various platforms. Engage with followers and analyze performance metrics to drive engagement and growth.
Digital Content Streamlining: Ensure all digital content is consistent across Australian and international markets.
Creating Digital Content
Website Management: Update the Shopify website(s) with new products, promotions, content updates, and blog posts.
Email Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns based on the digital calendar. Use platforms like Klaviyo or other EDM tools.
Customer Correspondence: Handle customer inquiries and correspondences as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall business objectives.
Assist with other business tasks as they arise.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a medium-sized business.
- Proficiency in graphic design and content creation using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with Google and Meta ads.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of learning new skills quickly.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or other EDM tools.
- Strong social media skills, particularly with TikTok and Meta.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
