ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team to assist the Head of Marketing & Communications with the development and implementation of strategic marketing objectives that align with Urban’s exciting vision and ambitious growth plans.
You will work collaboratively with our internal and external stakeholders to drive the company's project marketing initiatives and influence alignment with our brand strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordination of marketing calendar and ensuring all marketing activities are aligned with the brand positioning, business goals and timelines
- Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns across all channels including, but not limited to; digital, print, social media, events, PR and advertising
- Assist with the management of the marketing budget, project specific budgets and media timelines
- Analysing reporting data, research, insights and analytics to ensure a strategic and effective marketing campaign for projects
- Coordinate sales launches, opening events and purchaser events as required
- Manage general marketing administration including filing, archiving, stock take of all collateral and inventory and storage room management
- Assist the Head of Brand & Marketing to develop, implement, and maintain Urban Property Group’s brand and marketing strategy, in line with company objectives
- Coordination of sales agents, creative agencies, PR firms, and event management companies to execute marketing campaigns or project launches as required
- Assist with the management of the company's external communications, including writing and/or editing key communication pieces such as newsletters, website news articles, social media content, proposals and brochure content
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years experience in residential project marketing
- Tertiary qualification in marketing/communications or related
- High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced team
- Initiative, creativity and the ability to influence improvements to systems and processes
- Experienced in brand management, partnerships and marketing planning and execution
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time
