Why you’ll love this role.
We have a great part-time opportunity with Smallzy’s Surgery (based in our Pyrmont Studios) for a digital and video guru to join the #1 Evening show in Australia. This will be an on-site position working 6-10pm Monday to Friday and is a fixed term contract until the end of 2024.
We want someone who’s passionate about radio and creating great Digital Content! The team at Smallzy’s Surgery are driven by making exceptional radio and social media content that sets the internet alight. You will be a video shooting and editing whiz, a gun on social media and have a knack for spotting those hilarious show-moments that are destined to go viral.
Working closely with the producers and on-air team, you’ll be responsible for the ideation, production and execution of video, social and editorial content for Smallzy’s Surgery, as well as helping produce the Smallzy Surgery podcast and driving downloads through the roof.
Who you are.
- You’ll be a passionate content creator with previous experience in the digital sphere. To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience shooting and editing content
- Have knowledge on how to create and maintain an engaged social media audience across multiple platforms
- Have your finger on the pulse of pop culture, especially in the music and entertainment industry.
- Possess exceptional communication skills that are both personable and professional, and an ability to prioritise sometimes conflicting requests.
- Willingness to work night hours
