ABOUT THE ROLE
In our dynamic team as a Digital Delivery Manager, you'll lead the delivery of new technology capabilities to maximise business outcomes for Integrated Gas (IG).
More about the role:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and establish, as required, cross-functional teams for effective delivery.
- Portfolio Management:
- Oversee the delivery of high-value technology enabled projects / programs.
- Ensure accurate cost estimation and alignment with strategies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate trade-offs.
- Efficient Delivery:
- Choose appropriate delivery approaches (agile, waterfall).
- Ensure compliance with IG governance.
- Drive continual improvement across delivery to ensure optimal performance and ensure lessons learned are applied across the portfolio.
- Standards and Frameworks Application:
- Apply standard frameworks pragmatically to enable value vs. risk trade-offs.
- Ensure transparent performance reporting, available to management in a timely manner.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced leader with extensive end-to-end experience in delivering technology-enabled business outcomes. If you are passionate about driving change and fostering an innovative and learning culture, this role is for you.

- Knowledge of Agile and Lean practices, as well as standard industry project delivery methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Proven leadership of high-performing teams.
- Experience influencing senior management and steering committees.
- Strong background in program management and business case development.
- Understanding of Organisational Change Management.
