We're currently seeking to broaden our marketing team and are in search of a skilled and imaginative designer to join us full-time and fill a newly created role in the team. Reporting to Manager Marketing Operations and Creative, this is an exciting opportunity to work on an iconic brand.
The ideal candidate is a creative and seasoned Digital Designer skilled in creating diverse marketing and promotional materials for both digital and print media. This includes designing for digital and print Road Ahead, email and direct mail, marketing visuals, and corporate documents. A strong grasp of branding and visual identity, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, is essential.
The role has the option to work flexibly from home and at our Brisbane City or Eight Mile Plains office.

- Bachelor’s degree in Design or Interactive Media (or equivalent tertiary qualification)
- 3-5 years’ experiences experience in Graphic Design or equivalent
- Experience in use of the Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and XD)
- Financial services or regulated industry experience desirable but not essential
- Hands-on experience in creating design materials across diverse channels, including OOH, social, digital channels, and print materials.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of digital UI design principles and their application at a commercial level through an online portfolio of engaging, responsive websites;
- Well-developed communication skills including the capacity to influence and negotiate
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to deal with partners and business stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software packages
