About the Job

As a member of the Digital Experience team, your role is to manage the publication of digital content across Rest’s owned digital channels, predominantly via the Kentico Content Management System (CMS).

You'll ensure that all content is published following digital best practices including appropriate content architecture and SEO; while supporting the creation and optimisation of BAU website pages across the Rest public website, the co-ordination of publishing requests and the editing of content as necessary to improve engagement and in line with digital guidelines. 

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Project management skills
  • Manage the content updates with new VI across digital owned channels (web & App) 
  • Ensure alignment there is a VI alignment with content and messaging architecture, digital guidelines, and SEO best practices as well as checking spelling and grammar. 
  • Ensure new pages, content changes and enhancements are implemented on time and follow agreed workflow including review and stakeholder sign off.  
  • Maintain critical information such as page ownership for due diligence, content risk ratings, image licensing and metadata. 
  • Co-ordinate the due diligence process to ensure that web content reviews are triggered in accordance with the due diligence policy. 
  • Assist with content deployments and user acceptance testing of pages and assets. 
  • including editing content where necessary for suitability to a particular channel or placement. 
  • Assist in interrogating analytics data to facilitate decisions regarding website pages and digital assets. .
  • Ensure overall legal, security and risk compliance of the platform.
  • Be a brand advocate and possess a good working knowledge of member and brand strategy and support the implementation of brand guidelines and visual identity.

Qualifications

About You:

Bring your hands on publishing experience to a role where your expertise, solution focused, advisory style will be highly regarded as you collaborate across many areas.  You understand and embrace publishing nuances within financial services or related regulatory environments and enjoy sharing and learning from the experiences of your colleagues. 

Required experience, understanding or credentials including: 

  • Tertiary educated or equivalent in Communications, Digital or similar discipline. 
  • Training and/or experience in Writing for Web 
  • Strong CMS publishing skills across a range of CMS systems comparable to Kentico  or okta
  • Web writing/proofreading skills with high attention to detail 
  • Familiar with HTML, CSS, and web technologies 
  • Working knowledge of SEO practices and optimisation  
  • Understanding of web analytics tools (preferably Google Analytics) and the importance of measuring the effectiveness of websites 
  • Passionate about all things digital, best practice for web, and emerging trends and technologies 
  • Strong skills in managing own time and workload effectively with high autonomy and patience for following process. 
  • Experience working with designers, developers, and technical teams (onsite and offsite) 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skill within a team and with stakeholders, comfortable educating others
