About the role

Digital is a key growth area for the business and this position is one of many new roles in our growing Marketing team. The Digital Experience Lead will be a key role, responsible for user experience (UX) across all digital touchpoints and will develop data-driven solutions to improve customer engagement and retention. You’ll analyse customer journeys, optimise conversion processes, and utilise analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions. You’ll work closely with our digital agency to manage SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to on the digital roadmap initiatives.

Your responsibilities

Ownership of Digital Platforms- Enhance and manage the user experience across all digital channels to improve conversions. Develop data-driven digital solutions to enhance member engagement, lead generation activities and retention strategies.

Customer Journey Management (UX/CX)- Understand, analyse, and map journeys and processes to optimise user experiences and develop data driven solutions to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

Analytics and Data- Own and improve customer conversion processes in collaboration with marketing and operations teams. Leading the use of design research techniques to uncover customer needs and paint points. Utilising data and analytics tools to track, report and enhance digital marketing initiatives making data driven improvements. You’ll have a strong knowledge of Google analytics to track and report on our digital journey.

SEO Technical - Develop and implement SEO strategies including on-page/off-page optimisation, keyword research to improve our organic search rankings and drive traffic.

PPC Campaign Management- Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns to achieve business goals and maximize ROI.

Team Collaboration- Collaborate with cross functional delivery teams to align strategies and deliver results. You’ll coordinate with content creators, designers, and external agencies and work closely with other members of the marketing team and business stakeholders to achieve wider objectives and goals.

About you

Ideally, the successful person would have:

• Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud or similar automation platform (Storyblok CMS is highly regarded).

• Experience with data optimisation techniques, leveraging A/B testing.

• Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

• Familiarity with tracking success metrics and utilising digital analytics tools to monitor website traffic and campaign performance.

• Ability to deliver insights and analytics from reporting, data driven approach to strategy.

We’d also hope for a:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6 plus years of experience in digital marketing (with a focus on UX, SEO and customer engagement).

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
