About the role
We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant (Digital Forensics) with NV2 security clearance to provide our Defence client with technical leadership in the conduct of incident response and/or Digital Forensics activities.
Identifies opportunities for capability uplift to address gaps identified in post incident/investigation reviews.
About you
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Identifies opportunities for capability uplift to address gaps identified in post incident/investigation reviews.
- Contributes to the development of Defence processes, standards and guidelines for the conduct of Digital Forensics activities.
- Develop written reports in support of complex investigations including but not limited to; the development of final reports, interim technical reports, time lines and incident response after action reports.
- Plans and leads Digital Forensics activities within the organisation. Provides expert advice on Digital Forensics.
- Provides specialist advice on the evaluation of contextualised Digital Forensics tools and applicability of new/immerging technology/forensics techniques.
- Minimum NV2 security clearance.
- Similar experience gained in Defence and/or large Government bodies.
