Project Description: Large Identity and access management integration project for a Australian government entity.
Role Description: Responsible for leading the discovery, design and architecture stream for an Identity and access management project for a Federal Government Agency.
Key Skills:
Ability to create functional and technical design for IAM (internal and external IAM)
Ability to write use cases and document requirements for IAM (internal and external IAM)
Proven experience in translating and communicating complex technical information to create well-formed backlog artefacts for the team to implement
Demonstrated experience as a Senior business analyst in transformational programs, guiding and driving product owners/SME (Subject Matter Expert) to develop user journey, platform features, streamline processes and consolidate common services/data to deliver quality outcomes.
Good understanding of contemporary technologies, digital services standards, and best industry practices in delivering IT services.
Strong liaison and interpersonal skills including the ability to:
Engage with requesting areas and other project stakeholders;
Discuss technical matters with both technical and non-technical staff; and
Negotiate outcomes between business and technical areas
Work closely with team members to facilitate systems development.
Optional Skills: DevOps best practices and architecture
Product knowledge - At least one is required: Experience architecting and DesigningDigital Identity systems based on Forgerock cloud, ping Authorize, ping Protect, Okta, Sailpoint
Location : Melbourne
Clearance: Due to the secure nature of the role, candidates with Baseline clearance or above are preferred.
