Digital Insights Analyst

We know that our success is the result of more than 4,000 talented people working together to achieve amazing outcomes.Reporting to the Digital Support Manager, the Digital Insights Analyst plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive business data, analytics, and insights to support decision-making and drive company objectives.This role is responsible for the execution of dynamic reporting design, data analytics for process enhancement, and strategic financial modelling.Additionally, the successful individual will contribute to system improvements for enhanced customer experiences and collaborate with various stakeholders on key projects. With a focus on accuracy, the Digital Insights Analyst will conduct internal and external reporting and support product initiatives and business partnerships to optimise performance and operations.Location: Perth Precinct (Perth Airport, WA)Roster: Monday - Friday, 8.5-hour daysTo be successful the following is required:

• Business/Data Science/Commerce or Economics Degree or equivalent; OR
• Programming/Modelling/Analytics or Coding Degree or Diploma equivalent
• Proven prior experience in a similar sized enterprise with exposure to delegating, supporting, and directing
• Commercially strategic and tactically astute
• Demonstrated leadership and adept project management skills
• Skilled in implementing process and change effectively
• Proficient in creating and delivering comprehensive reports and executive-level presentations
• Strong competency in data analytics, modelling, statistics, and process mapping
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, multitask, and adapt seamlessly
