Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management.
- Proven track record of successful Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Shopify administration, Klaviyo, and Canva.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage and update Shopify store, including landing pages, pricing, and product listings.
- Utilize Klaviyo for email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers
- Create eye-catching graphics using Canva / Photoshop for various promotional materials
- Plan and execute monthly promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with vendors supporting ecommerce services (Copywriters, Advertisers, Graphic Designers, Photographers, Videographers)
- Lead project management efforts for implementing growth strategies.
- Conduct quality checks and testing to ensure optimal functionality of the Shopify store.
- Oversee inventory management and fulfillment processes.
- Analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ecommerce and Digital Marketing.
