As a startup with 4 years in the market, we’re ready to take e-commerce and online sales to the next level and looking for an experienced eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to join us and help us achieve our growth targets.
We’re open to your preferred way of working, you can work anywhere! (remote, hybrid or office based)
We’ll consider a permanent part-time, contract or casual basis of employment with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
Based in Brompton, SA and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you’ll play a key role in leading growth programs to increase conversion; it’s an exciting time to join us.
We have a great team of talented people to support you including in-house content creation capability.
About you
In terms of specific responsibilities, you will:
- Manage the website and online CX including customer journey automations.
- Manage our external agency for Digital Marketing, SEO, and web development.
- Develop Electronic Direct Marketing (EDM) programs to drive engagement and conversion.
- Produce Digital Marketing collateral in-house (eg blogs, online collaborations, SEO, organic socials.)
- Use analytics and insights to drive strategy and tactical plans.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in B2B eCommerce environments and scaling up eCommerce sales.
- Experience in managing a Shopify website, using tactics and insights to drive sales growth and conversion.
- Experience in upgrading websites and building additional functionality.
- Proficiency with Salesforce to run campaigns and generate reports.
- The ability to analyse data and metrics to optimise marketing strategies
- An innovative and creative approach.
