The Position:
Reporting into the Brand and Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the company’s consumer centric digital platforms and customer experience strategy. This is achieved through 4 key pillars:
- Content Creation
- Social Media
- Website & eCommerce
- CRM
You will be able to demonstrate your skills & experience through:
- creating visual and written content for socials, website and emails.
- briefing key stakeholders to ensure all content is aligned to the plan.
- developing, implementing, monitoring and adjusting Social Media content calendar to drive engaging content and audience growth.
- monitoring Social channels and responding accordingly.
- end to end delivery of influencer programs
- assisting with digital customer experience optimisation that deliver ongoing improvements.
- supporting initiatives across eDM, SEM/SEO to optimise user journey, interest and conversions across websites.
- executing eDM calendars to support the national marketing strategy
- working collaboratively across a marketing team to monitor, review and report on performance data and insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 +years Digital Marketing experience within beauty, fashion accessories or related industry preferred.
- Proven experience scaling across various digital channels.
- Pro-active communicator with the ability to present & articulate technical concepts into business language.
- Ability to strike the right balance between long-term strategy & ad-hoc daily pivots, based on immediate business needs.
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Adobe creative suite and Microsoft packages.
