iRealty is a leading Software and Marketing provider to the Real Estate industry. We are growing our pivotal client success team, and need someone willing to become part of a dynamic, fast-paced, Brisbane technology business. We are content creators, designers, and marketers giving Real Estate agents the edge in a very competitive industry. Agents come to us to create and manage their Email, SMS, Social Media presence and ad campaigns.
The successful applicant will work directly within the team as a Digital Marketing Intern. You will learn to support our clients with their marketing needs and help create emails, SM campaigns, and paid Facebook ads.
The position includes:
- Creating multiple campaigns (Email, Social, and SMS) each week across our Real Estate client base.
- Email / Ad copywriting on behalf of clients.
- Reviewing existing campaigns and tweaking the ROI for our clients.
- Conducting over-the-phone/ Zoom and in-person catchups with existing clients.
- Answering client support queries and concerns via email and phone.
- Escalating technical cases as required to the tech team.
- Assisting in managing clients' Digital Marketing, including their email, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (this is a must!).
- Attention to detail in your written work including spelling and grammar.
- Confident and professional manner.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to bring new ideas and show initiative to the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or related field preferred. Or experience in the same.
- Previous marketing experience or professional customer service will also help you stand out.
Good communication is key for this role, you must be confident speaking with clients on the phone and in person. Knowledge of real estate office workings would be advantageous but is not essential. Social Media and Account Management experience would also be a huge bonus, but not required to be successful. We can teach you the required skills, but you need to love working with people in an efficient manner.
