Our ideal candidate must have substantial experience in Alice Springs or Central Australia, with strong project management and client relationship skills (and a keenness for new experiences couldn’t hurt either ;).
We would envisage that a more specific skill set or focus would entail an on-demand or shorter hours working arrangement, and if your role entailed social media monitoring and response management you would need to consider the flexibility of that requirement and how you would manage those expectations.

About the role
Your primary mission will be to plan and manage marketing activities and content creation across a variety of platforms, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly using our project and social media management tools, all within our central system of project management and administrative accountability.
Our clients require well-informed marketing plans that incorporate solid recommendations for content, timelines, and budgets tailored to our ROI and specific message goals.
This role will be responsible for most written and imagery content. You will also have the opportunity to work with the broader creative team to produce content that’s original (as budgets allow) while resonating deeply with target demographics. Your goal? To spark strong, sustained engagement.
With a keen analytical eye, you'll evaluate the effectiveness of all Digital Marketing activities. Your reports will go beyond surface-level data to provide deep insights, ROI results, and smart recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.
Who you are:
- A strategic thinker with a robust background in Digital Marketing, ready to lead and innovate
- Confident in your ability to devise well-informed marketing plans and make informed recommendations that align with client goals and budgets
- Experienced in managing complex (and single purpose) campaigns from the ground up, including mastery of social media calendars, and Digital Marketing tools
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a creative environment and is committed to creating genuine, impactful content
- An adept analyst capable of translating data into actionable insights and strategic directions
