About You

Are you a creative maestro with a knack for making scroll-stopping content in the social media realm? Do you love all things Facebook ads and diving deep into the account performance to drive kickass results? If you're a pro at turning ideas into captivating ad content, can write copy that sings to our audience, and you’re a total whiz at ad account and creative optimisation – we want you to help us take our brand & ecommerce channel to the next level in Australia and abroad!

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise ad accounts on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest to ensure maximum performance and ROI.
  • Be the brain behind our creative concepts and briefings for ad campaigns - working closely with the creative team to bring your ideas to life, and ensuring the content resonates with our target audience on the different platforms.
  • Managing our User-Generated Content (UGC) to amplify our brand's voice, by crafting content briefs, liaising with creators, and ensuring content is on point.
  • Craft ad copy that speaks to our busy mum and health-conscious audience.
  • Keep an eagle eye on campaign performance – analyse, monitor, and report like a champ.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Meta + TikTok’s advertising platforms to keep our strategies innovative and effective.

Skills & Experience

  • Meta ads management: You know how to build ads and optimise account performance, and have a track record of managing an annual Facebook budget of over $500k and achieving positive KPIs. (Gluten free) brownie points for TikTok and Pinterest ad management experience as well!
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, make strategic recommendations, and apply optimisations to the ad account to improve performance daily.
  • Captivating creative ideation & copywriting: Your finger is on the pulse with cut-through ad content ideas, and your words have a magical touch that captivates and engages.
  • UGC creation: You're a pro at briefing UGC concepts to life, and know your way around creating UGC style content yourself.
  • Health passion: You're genuinely passionate about health and nutrition—it's in your DNA.
  • Collaboration: Teamwork is your jam—you'll collaborate closely with our Digital & Communications Manager, creative team & ecommerce team.
  • Experience: 1-2 years experience in a similar role &/or a tertiary qualification in marketing or communication.
