What it takes..

• 3+ years of Digital Marketing and business coaching experience
• A proven track record!
• Copywriting experience
• Know how to create, run and manage successful FB ads that convert
• Copywriting experience (knows how to create follow up emails, LGM etc)
• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed
• The ability to influence and engage others
• Natural ability to lead/teach supported by training
• An authentic genuine person who communicates with excellence
• Growth mindset - you invest in your personal growth, always striving to be better
• Highly coachable - you are resilient, and you want to learn and grow
• High EQ - with the ability to tailor your approach to the target audience and know when to lean in / lean out
• Experience and understanding of service-based businesses are highly regarded.

Background in sales is advantageous; however, not essential.

Your average day.. (Remote… Work From Home)

- Weekly 1-1 zoom and group coaching calls answering client questions on how to generate leads using our Marketing & Business Building Program (we will teach you the ins and outs of our system, but you MUST have a strong working knowledge of social media marketing, offer creations, direct response marketing, customer journey funnel building and flows, copywriting experience is a MUST… it's a ‘done-with-you’ program so you are expected to teach and support) 

-  We also have Done-For-You clients and you'll be expected to craft their offer, ad campaigns, follow up funnel etc (we have a process and framework you follow, but you need to have the creative experience to successfully execute this for clients)

- Daily 1:1 Slack support to clients

- Must have real-world coaching/consulting experience (you must have personally mentored or coached other people to breakthrough limiting beliefs, get unstuck, or achieve a transformational outcome)

- Must have high-level communication/interpersonal skills so we can put you in front of our six-figure and seven-figure clients and you can confidently answer their questions and guide their decisions

- Innovate our Program by creating and producing new video trainings/worksheets to deliver a world-class experience that takes our average client from $10K/mo towards $100K a month inside 12 months (and makes them want to ascend into our higher tier Next Level program)

- Setting and driving internal Fulfilment KPIs towards client results, ascensions, retention, renewals, etc.

- Should be proficient or at least knowledge about our tech stack (FB Ad Business Manager, Loom/Snagit, Monday.com, Kajabi, Slack, Zapier, GSuite, GoHighLevel CRM, etc.) - you should be familiar with the above tools, or have a willingness to learn these VERY quickly if hired. 

- Project Management: You will be responsible to drive clients results and meet KPI's along their journey for them to succeed. 

- You will be responsible for daily REPORTING on multiple communication channels (Slack, Monday.com, spreadsheets, etc.,) and so a HIGH attention to detail and compliance with standard operating procedures is essential. About 60 minutes of reporting work /day.

-You MUST have a high attention to detail and understand systems/processes so you are able to innovate new, more efficient SOPs (processes) to ensure our Fulfilment for our clients hits their KPIs

- If you do NOT have real-world Digital Marketing experience (have never landed clients online)
- If you do NOT have real-world coaching experience (have never helped clients get tangible results)
- If you do NOT have copywriting experience (knowing how to write words that persuade and sell online)
- If you are not willing to go ALL IN with our company (this is a full time position, no side hustles)
- If you are not willing to work some weekends, or a few extra hours because the team needs you, this is not for you.
