Our Opportunity
Our Digital Optimisation Manager is responsible for optimising traffic to our website, maximising commercial outcomes and driving return on digital marketing investment.
As an e-comm and digital professional, you will identify opportunities to evolve and improve online sales, profit and customer experience across our online store.
Building close relationships with various stakeholders, you will have demonstrated experience working with technical vendors, fulfilment partners and commerce partners to achieve online success.
Your day to day will include:
- Optimising sales and trade of the online Sussan store
- Implement and execution of merchandise and marketing plans on the website
- Drive online merchandise performance, working closely with the merch planning team to maximise opportunities
- Work with Digital Manager to identify, drive and coordinate implementation of site improvements
- Team Supervision and management - leading small team to grow personally and deliver strong commercial outcomes
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, business or Information Technology / Digital
- Short courses in Digital across operations, marketing & technicality
- Demonstrated experience operating an e-commerce business and working across digital operations and/or digital marketing
- Previous experience in merchandise planning, analysis & reporting, supply chain / logistics and customer service / experience
- Leadership capabilities and experience
- Solid technical understanding of website development and search engine optimisation (SEO) principles
- Strong commercial acumen and retail trading skills
- A drive towards retail excellence & digital growth
