As the Shipping Manager at Pillow Talk, your overall purpose is to manage and be accountable for cost-effective and timely shipment and delivery of products from international sources in order to optimise supply chain functions that support our overall company objectivesA bit about you...

• At least 5-8 years' experience as a Shipping Manager (or similar) with extensive international freight forwarding, imports and shipping knowledge
• A passion for providing outstanding service and demonstrated ability in relationship building and management
• Results driven and strong appetite for achieving shipping objectives
• Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical ability
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Superb grammar across your written and oral communication
