Digital Platform Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Platform Administration:
Manage access to Digital Platforms such as the national website, Google suite, Monsido, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Maintain security protocols and efficient access for authorised personnel.
Regularly update and optimise user access and permissions.

Data Management and Analysis:
Administer and manage tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Develop and maintain informative dashboards for data visualisation.
Analyse and report on platform performance and usage to support business decisions.

User Documentation and Training:
Create clear and detailed user documentation for all managed Digital Platforms.
Develop training materials and guidelines to assist users in navigating and utilising these platforms effectively.
Conduct training sessions or workshops as needed to ensure widespread understanding and competency in accessing and using the platforms.

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with various teams to understand and fulfil their digital access requirements.
Maintain effective communication regarding updates, changes, and best practices for Digital Platform use.
Solve problems independently and proactively address potential issues.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest Digital Platform management trends and data analysis techniques.
Recommend and implement improvements for better platform security, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and digital strategies.

Qualifications:
Experience in Digital Platform administration and data management.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related data analysis tools.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms including Google suite, Monsido, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, etc.
Skills in data visualisation, dashboard creation, and technical documentation.
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, digital marketing, or a related field are desirable.

Creative, goal-oriented, and structured in approach.
Keen to learn, grow, and take proactive steps in new digital initiatives.
Team player with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
