We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a quality printer to join an innovative and successful company, in their rapidly growing Digital Production Department in Melbourne, operating the latest HP Indigo and Ricoh.

About the role:
Operate state of the art printing equipment producing high quality brochures, flyers, signs… Fast!
Pack finished jobs for customers (with care, like you would want to receive something), while carefully checking that all elements of the job are complete and keeping a keen eye on quality.
Clean! We don’t run a dirty workspace, we run a high-tech manufacturing facility that we like to keep spotless. If you aren’t ready to pick up a broom or a vacuum, you aren’t ready for Hero Print.
The ideal Candidate will:
- Have strong verbal communication skills and be able to interact confidently with sales, client service and other production staff
- Be a team player and able to work within a small and dedicated team
- Have a positive attitude
- Be proactive and able to work unsupervised
- Be quality focussed
- Be able to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks efficiently to ensure that deadlines are met
- Have strong organisational skills
- Be reliable and dedicated to getting the work out on time.
- Have strong computer skills as nearly everything we do here involves a computer. The better you are with them the faster you will pick things up.
The successful applicant must be a permanent resident of Australia and will join a well established though constantly growing company with excellent working conditions and state of the art equipment. A valid Police clearance will also need to be obtained.
