As a Trade Print Supplier, we deal B2B…..supplying Printed Envelopes to the paper print industry, but also Printed Promotional Products to the promotional industry.
We aim to give Excellent Customer Service, and you will be pivotal to achieving that goal. You will liaise directly with customers (many of whom you'll develop a rapport with over time), help offer a solution to their needs, see the Quote turn into an Order, and even see that Order right through to Production & Despatch in the case of Digital printing. The Customer’s satisfaction will be entirely under your control in this case.
There is often a need for setup or editing of customer artwork in our business, and although we don’t offer graphic design from scratch, skills in graphic design software (such as InDesign or Illustator) will come in very handy. But these are also skills you will be able to develop on the job, to add to your overall skillset.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Tend to Customer phone & email enquiries
- Quoting/Estimating
- Proactive Customer engagement/followup by phone
- Validating & entering Orders int he system
- Basic setup/layout of artwork proofs for printing (incl. typesetting, mail merge)
- Setting up and running Digital production print jobs for your Customer
Critical Skills & Traits Required:
- Previous experience in a Customer facing role
- A confident & clear phone voice
- Solid computer skills (MS Word/Excel/Outlook, decent typing speed)
- Excellent written communication skills (spelling/grammer)
- Experience Adobe Illustrator / InDesign will be highly regarded
