Digital Producer & Web Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• WordPress Development & Customization: Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress sites, themes, and plugins, ensuring high performance, security, and responsiveness across devices.
• Digital Engagement : Manage the digital engagement of customers across all of Freedspace’s divisions. From promotion and lead capture, through to ongoing nurture for customer retention.
• Website Development & Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain responsive websites, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and compliance with SEO best practices.
• Digital Optimisations: Drive optimizations across our web properties, such as search engines, PPC campaigns, Google keywords etc. to increase traffic and lead generation.
• Content Creation & Management: In collaboration with the team produce engaging content for our website, social media, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with our brand's voice and goals.
• Manage 3rd party relationships: Liaise with, and direct, third party agencies to maximise return for activities.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, making data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Emerging Technologies: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Web Development and digital marketing, incorporating innovative solutions to drive the company forward.

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and Web Development, with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Proficient in Web Development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Certifications in Google Analytics, AdWords, or similar platforms.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with Zoho, Shopify, and Google Suite
• Knowledge of PHP, Python, or other backend languages.
• Advanced skills in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
