As a Digital Project Coordinator / Manager , you will play a crucial role in our project management team. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Digital Projects
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders
• Create project plans and schedules, and manage budgets and resources
• Coordinate the work of team members to ensure that projects are delivered successfully
• Communicate with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the course of a project
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Have experience managing complex Digital Projects
• Have a background in project management and a strong understanding of the latest digital technologies
• Have strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Manage and develop team members to achieve project and company goals
• Be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and managing workload effectively
• Have a strong customer-focused approach, with the ability to identify and meet the needs of clients and stakeholders
• Be able to make decisions quickly and effectively, using sound judgement to solve problems and overcome challenges
• Be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
• Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate project data and make informed decisions to ensure project success.
   

Skills:

• Minimum 2 years full-time experience in digital/software project management.
• Openness to learning and adapting to new challenges.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
• Working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Jira, Productive.io).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Digital agency background experience is preferred.
