UCWB provides services throughout the greater Adelaide region; mental health, aged care, NDIS, child and family, psychology, and financial wellbeing. We also operate two social enterprises, Psychology SA and Torrensville Community Child Care Centre.

Project Manager, Data & Digital
Technology transformation is mission critical at UCWB and the Data and Digital team will be a significant contributor to its successful growth into the future. You will support the Head, Data and Digital to manage a range of digital transform projects and provide technical leadership to project teams. You will ensure the systems fit the needs of the business and are always putting the customer first. Working in partnership with colleagues across the organisation and external parties, this role will deliver projects with a focus on continuously improving our digital capabilities and the customer experience.
About You
As a successful IT Project Manager, you will have a depth of experience in leading projects through the project cycle from development to evaluation. You are a highly skilled technical advisor with a strong track record of successfully implementing customer focussed service delivery. You will have exceptional communication skills to be able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, to engage effectively and build strong working relationships.
A problem-solving mindset, and adaptable working style is essential. You will foster innovation, collaboration and have passion for community. You are optimistic, pragmatic, proactive, organised and agile.
You will also have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, experience, and a successful track record in IT project management.
- Exceptional project management skills with evidence of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
- Experience in implementing contemporary ICT practices, and systems that put the customer first.
- Strong analytical and research skills and a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Location
This role is based at Bowden just a short walk to the popular Plant 3 and Plant 4 entertainment complex in Gibson Street and some off-site work will be required.
