Duties- Manage and oversee the design, development and implementation of new web services, and upgrades to existing sites to ensure achievement of agreed outcomes.
- Develop business and end user requirements through discovery workshops and user testing with clients and stakeholders.
- Translate user experience insights into business, navigation and information architecture improvements. Validate solutions using the most appropriate usability testing techniques and methodologies.
- Provide a content writing and quality assurance service for subject matter experts and content writers across the department.
- Work collaboratively with content owners and other key stakeholders to develop content strategies, embed content management into departmental workflow processes and deliver high quality content that is concise, accessible, relevant and easily understood.
- Provide insights and guidance in accessible content development by facilitating access to training, workshops, tools and resources.
- Conduct website development and upgrade activities as small projects by creating and executing project work plans, coordinate meetings, capture and report meeting content and actionable items, document and communicate issues and risks to management and stakeholders.
