The role leads the development and ongoing support of key online platform applications (internet / intranet platforms).
Skills Required:
- Tertiary qualification in ICT, Digital Marketing or directly related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge and skills.
- Understanding of the following platforms: Squiz, Sharepoint, iApply, Other content management systems (GovCMS).
- Demonstrated experience and comprehensive knowledge and expertise in developing, maintaining and continuously improving digital products and services in accordance with industry recognised frameworks, standards and systems within a large, highly complex environment.
- Extensive experience in online publishing and managing helpdesk functions - including user experience, design, accessibility principles and issues management.
- Experience in providing leadership, advocacy and training to staff and championing contemporary practices within an organisation to uplift staff understanding of the strategic
direction of online services, and to promote an employee and citizen-focused culture to drive improvements in user experience and satisfaction.
- Extensive experience in the development, maintenance and ongoing improvement of a governance framework for major online platforms and the management of outsourced service providers.
