POSITION VACANT – GRAPHIC DESIGNER / DIGITAL SPECIALIST
We're seeking a multi-talented and driven Digital Specialist/Graphic Designer to join us as the first member of our marketing team. As TTQ gears up for rapid growth, we need someone who can solidify our branding and help us showcase who we are as a company.

Responsibilities:
- Enhance design quality across presentations, documents, and branding efforts, unifying our brand identity and updating logos and guidelines as needed.
- Develop engaging digital and print solutions within brand guidelines, including designs for social media, flyers, and catalogues.
- Write engaging copy for website and blog content, and manage social media presence on LinkedIn including creating and publishing posts.
- Assist with website redesign, leveraging design expertise to enhance user experience and visual appeal.
- Manage SEO optimisation of the website to improve visibility and search engine rankings.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Currently completing or have completed a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and (not required but encouraged) Wix.
- Strong grasp of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout strategies.
- Minimum six (6) months experience in a similar role, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
- Digital savvy with knowledge of analytic tools like Google Analytics and experience in SEO.
- Comfortable working independently, with a can-do attitude, excellent time management, a passion for design, and a strong work ethic.
