What We Are Looking For
- A solid foundation in design principles with experience in graphic design.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in crafting dynamic web solutions.
- Initiative in exploring tools, techniques, and approaches to elevate web development processes.
- Commitment to precision and accuracy with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Eagerness to deliver exceptional results continuously.
- Outstanding research and troubleshooting skills, demonstrating proactive problem-solving.
- Experience in graphic design and web design (beneficial but not essential).
- Excellent time and workload management skills.
- Experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and Elementor a plus, but a willingness to learn is key. All training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling and interactive user experiences, along with visually striking interfaces.
- Transform visual design concepts into seamlessly functioning websites with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on CMSs to ensure optimal functionality.
- Foster close collaboration with our Account Management teams to align projects with overall objectives.
- Harness capabilities of Elementor page builder to enhance and optimise WordPress sites for our clients.
- Enhance the quality of existing client websites using diverse page builders (should a client have a non-WordPress page builder).
- Provide support to clients and team members through effective communication and the delivery of high-quality design solutions.
- Some basic SEO related tasks as required.
