Digital Strategy & Campaign Manager (Melbourne or Sydney)

About the role and you:

SEN is looking for a Digital Strategy & Campaign Manager (Melbourne or Sydney) who will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and work very closely with the Digital Director, SEN digital team and SEN’s national sales team.

You will play an integral role in supporting commercial teams in delivering exceptional digital advertising solutions for our commercial partners.

The ideal candidate we are looking for will:

  • Have a proven track record of delivering strategic, well executed digital campaigns that meet and exceed the expectation of partners / clients
  • Be capable of creating lateral ideas and solutions with strong product knowledge
  • Understand brands, their key marketing challenges, the goals clients are aiming to achieve and the application of SEN digital assets to meet these needs.
  • Be proactive in developing and maintaining digital sales tools, proposals and data.
  • Understand the digital ad serving process basics with exposure to Google Ad Manager (how inventory management, campaign setup and reporting works).
  • Possess the ability to create Digital Strategy solutions, ideas and to build effective pitches
  • Be highly energetic and have a passion for sport, the industry, and our content
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Have a strong work ethic and collaborative work approach
  • Have good time management skills, be highly organised and results driven

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least 5 years of Digital Strategy experience within the media or sporting industry
  • Understanding of how programmatic ad serving and digital audio ad serving both work is ideal, but not essential.
