- Utilise a variety of channels including online platforms, industry events, and networking to identify and engage with potential Digital Talent.
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and talent partners, nurturing them through the recruitment process and serving as a trusted advisor and advocate.
- Act as a bridge between talent and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural add, to ensure alignment with organisational goals and values.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform talent acquisition strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company's employer brand positively and authentically, showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and inform future decision-making.
- Actively seek feedback, iterate on recruitment processes, and implement best practices to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
