Learning And Development Advisor

Council is seeking a self-driven and experienced Learning and Development professional to join our growing People and Culture team. In this role you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of Learning and Development programs and initiatives with a focus on training compliance and building organisational workforce capabilities. Working in the fabulous People and Culture team, reporting to the Senior Organisational Development Advisor, you’ll have all the support, coaching and Development you need to be successful.

$82,276 to $94,618 per annum plus superannuation

You will be located in the picturesque Hunter Valley which is located just 120 kilometres north of Sydney and 40 kilometres west of Newcastle. Our region is well renowned as Australia’s oldest wine producing region and has a tourism industry worth an estimated $521 million.
