The Role

As the Enterprise Program Manager for Digital Transformation, you will be at the helm a significant initiative within Redland City Council - the Digital Transformation Program. This role presents a unique opportunity to drive innovation, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery through the implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions.

Working closely with the Chief Information Officer and Group Manager Corporate Services, you will lead the charge in revolutionising council processes and elevating service standards. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the execution of our Digital Transformation Program, which encompasses a wide range of projects aimed at modernising our operations and improving the overall experience for our community.

  • Managing Vendor Relationships: You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with technology vendors, including our key partner, Technology One. Building strong partnerships will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and the alignment of vendor services with our organizational goals.
  • Guiding Multiple Projects: The Digital Transformation Program comprises various projects, each contributing to the overarching goal of enhancing council operations. As the Enterprise Program Manager, you will provide strategic guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring that initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensuring Alignment with Organisational Goals: A fundamental aspect of your role will be to ensure that all Digital Transformation initiatives align with the strategic objectives and priorities of Redland City Council. By maintaining alignment, you will help drive meaningful change that positively impacts our community and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for digital initiatives. Engage with key stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs, gather feedback, and secure buy-in for Digital Transformation initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating open communication channels and involving stakeholders in decision-making processes.
  • Innovation: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Championing a culture of continuous improvement and digital literacy across the organization.

Eligibility:

  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management.
  • Knowledge of ICT principles and emerging technologies.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Current “C” Class driver's license.
