Job description

TIMG is seeking Digitisation Assistants for a thrilling 6-month project. This casual role is perfect for those looking for a short-term commitment, and with afternoon shifts (shift loading applies), it offers a great work-life balance.

What's a Digitisation Assistant?

Digitisation Assistants are integral to TIMG's success in being able to deliver agreed project objectives to our customers. Based in Laverton, our team are part of a national Digitisation who work together on shared projects and initiatives as well as autonomously on local and state-wide clients.

You will:

  • Ensure correct use of TIMG internal systems is always maintained in accordance with instructions.
  • Prepare documents for scanning.
  • Use Microsoft Office to enter data.
  • Pick and pack as required related to digitisation tasks.
  • Perform high speed scanning of records.
  • Manage post-processing of scanned images.
  • Perform quality assurance.
