Job description
We are looking to welcome full-time Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educators with at least two years of full-time work experience in an Early Childhood setting who will get the opportunity to work with our friendly, supportive, and fun client.
This is both part- time and full-time role opportunities for a Diploma qualified Educator.
The objective of this role is to provide high quality education, development and care to the children on site whilst providing an exceptional customer experience and partnership experience with our families. Key accountabilities of the role include:
- Ensure child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.
- Ensure that the children are educated and cared for to the highest standard.
- Ensure every child is able to engage with educators in meaningful, open interactions that support the acquisition of skills for life and learning.
- Interact with each child in a warm and responsive way and build trusting relationships.
- Facilitate a nurturing and loving environment for the children on site
- Provide childcare services that comply with the national regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF), and support the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Provide ongoing input for all documentation associated with Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) requirements.
- Ensure delivery and maintenance of routines and programs specific to the room including small groups.
