We are seeking an experienced Diploma Educator to join this exceeding and boutique Centre in Winston Hills!

The Centre caters to children aged from 0-5, with the opportunity to work in either the Toddler or Preschool Room, you choose!

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing great education and childcare, focusing on the individual needs of the child and imbedding the EYLF and NQS frameworks in practice.
• Collaborating with colleagues to promote children's holistic development and encourage a safe and open environment for expression and learning.
• Fostering strong relationships with children, families, and the community, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
• Carry out observations, assessment and completion of relevant documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification).
• A good knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and relevant legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and care
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
• 1 years experience working as an Early Childhood Educator, or equivalent 
• Right to Work in Australia.
