Access theAbout the roleTemporary full time opportunity to provide effective, efficient and professional administration support to all teams of the Metro North Public Health Unit (MNPHU).About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe, services and workplaces;
• Provide general administrative support services and develop and maintain administrative procedures and systems to assist the Unit to function effectively;
• Provide confidential secretariat support for both internal and external meetings as required;
• Implement and administer departmental information systems, including those relating to financial, human resource management, correspondence, records management and plant and equipment
