Role Requirements
The opportunity has become available for a permanent part-time Diploma qualified Lead Educator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will need;
- a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) or studying
- a current and valid Working with Children Check
- a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG
- an ability to interpret curriculum documents
- effective oral and written communication skills
Key Role Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the development and implementation of the studio program.
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.
- Participate in professional and personal development.
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.
