Diploma of Business Trainer

We are looking for a super star trainer who can coach and support year 10, 11 & 12 students in High Schools to inspire and motivate. You will do this by delivering a Diploma of Business(face to face) using your real-life recent management experience to bring the subject matter alive for the students. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified trainer to get their first role in the VET sector as we provide full training and ongoing professional development.

You will have a PASSION for learning and a desire to work as part of a friendly team within a fast-paced environment. The position will require daily travel throughout the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

Fast Facts About The Role:

• It will involve both face to face delivery and virtual delivery within high schools, and marking assessments
• Initial 1-year full time contract with the potential to continue.
• Contract, Full-time or part-time position.
• Based in Gold Coast, QLD.

To Be Successful You Will Need To Have:

• The ability to engage and motivate students
• Diploma of Business (or equivalent)
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Experience in running Virtual sessions through teams
• Prior experience with learning management systems
• 2-3 years recent management experience
• A current Blue Card or willingness to apply for one
• A current driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
• The ability to deliver to small and large groups, and adjust your communication style to suit the learning style of students
